Bean to Bar Chocolate 101



An introduction to chocolate lasting approximately two hours. We’ll taste and learn about the different types of chocolate, their ingredients, and single origin chocolate. Also covered is the processing that goes on before the cacao reaches Tabal and the bean to bar process. Finally we will go on a world tasting tour that explores the unique flavor profiles of single origin chocolate.  Students will make 3 bars of their own chocolate to take home!

Space is limited to eleven guests at:   7515 Harwood Ave. Wauwatosa Village.

While the experience is geared toward adults, guests aged 12-15 are welcome if accompanied by an adult.

 Time: 7-9pm  (please arrive 5 minutes early)
