February 12, 2015  Bean to Bar Chocolate making class        (6-8pm)

Class is held at Wellspring Farm, West Bend, WI

Grab your sweetie and join Dan Bieser owner of Tabal Chocolates- The ONLY organic certified, bean to bar, stone ground chocolate made in Wisconsin- for a delicious Valentines Bean to Bar Chocolate Making Class!
Making a batch of chocolate usually takes 3 days with all the steps included.  With Tabal at Wellspring learn the steps and see some basics, including getting the ingredients ready and getting them in the grinder and then get to the tasting!

  • Discover the ingredients that make up chocolate and their origins.  Experience their flavor and how they are used in chocolate making.
  • Learn about the process and tools used for making Bean to Bar chocolate from sorting cacao beans to wrapping the chocolate.  
  • Taste organic dark chocolates made in Milwaukee with cacao beans from 5 different countries and experience unique exotic flavors.

TEAM BUILDING EVENTS ARE AVAILABLE BY REQUEST.  

Please contact Dan Bieser at dan.bieser@tabalchocolate.com to custom design a time, location, and activity for your group.  An event might include chocolate making 101, chocolate ingredients, chocolate tasting, and pairing of chocolate with wine, beer, or cheese.  For longer sessions, participants will have a chance to make their own chocolate.

We are available for custom workshops and training on a contract basis.
