CHOCOLATE PEPPERMINT ROOIBOS HERBAL TEA
Tasting Notes: Sweet, soothing rooibos, complemented by refreshing, aromatic peppermint and cacao skins
Ingredients: Cacao skins, Organic rooibos, organic peppermint, essential bergamot oil
Caffeine: Minimal from the cacao , none from the peppermint rooibos
Preparation: Water Temperature: 200°F

CHOCOLATE BLUEBERRY ROOIBOS HERBAL TEA
Tasting Notes: Cacao, succulent rooibos blend with sweet blueberries and revitalizing schisandra berries
Ingredients: Cacao Skins, Organic rooibos, organic elderberries, organic hibiscus flowers, organic currants, organic blueberries, natural blueberry flavor, organic schisandra berries, natural strawberry flavor
Caffeine: None from blueberry rooibos, minimal from the cacao
Preparation: Water Temperature: 200°F
Leaf to Water Ratio: 1 tablespoon per 8 ounces
Steep Time: 5-7 minutes
CHOCOLATE CHAI TEA
Tasting Notes: Cacao, robust, full-bodied black tea blended with aromatic traditional Indian masala spices
Ingredients: Cacao skins, organic black tea, organic cinnamon, organic cardamom, organic ginger root, organic black pepper, organic clove
Caffeine: Medium from chai, Minimal from cacao
Preparation: Mix 2 tbsp chai, 1 cup water, and 1 cup milk in a saucepan. Bring to a boil then reduce the heat and simmer for 5 minutes. Remove from heat and stir in sugar or sweetener to taste. Strain into a mug or pitcher and enjoy!

Do you make the chocolate by hand?
Yes. Once the beans arrive at Tabal Chocolates we sort, roast, crack and winnow, grid, conch or aerate, temper, pour into molds, then wrap each bar by hand.
Where do you get the cocoa beans?
We get the beans through our communities in the Dominican Republic, Costa Rica, Columbia, Nicaragua, and Peru.
