Duration: 1-3 Hours
Location: 7515 Harwood Ave. Wauwatosa Village.
Time: Private Bean to Bar Tours and Class Days/Times are mutually agreed upon by both parties.
20% DOWN PAYMENT WILL BE REQUIRED TO SECURE DATE/TIME. DOWN PAYMENT WILL BE PUT TOWARDS FINAL COST OF TOUR/CLASS/EXPERIENCE.

One-hour 101 Bean to Bar Tour/Experience
Chocolate Making Intro/Tour $50 per guest
Scout/School/Birthday Classes (7-12 year old adventurers) $40 per guest
Two-hour 101 Bean to Bar Class:
$70 per guest
Three-hour 201 Bean to Bar Experience:
$170 per guest
101 Bean to Bar - 1-2 Hours
Our famous and popular Chocolate Making class covers the entire process of making chocolate from scratch. We cover everything from Pod to Bar. You will get a brief tour of our facility, sample cacao and chocolate from the world over, and make your own chocolate to take home.
201 Bean to Bar - 3 Hours
A complete advanced chocolate making class diving deeper into the process. In this private class, you will not only learn about the entire chocolate making process, but become a master at tasting, identifying flavor notes from different regions, and even grinding your own beans before pour your very own chocolate to take home. Please note, due to the length and complexity of this class, we limit private 201 classes to no more than 6.

Do you ship to my country?

Do you make the chocolate by hand?
Yes. Once the beans arrive at Tabal Chocolates we sort, roast, crack and winnow, grid, conch or aerate, temper, pour into molds, then wrap each bar by hand.
Where do you get the cocoa beans?
We get the beans through our communities in the Dominican Republic, Costa Rica, Columbia, Nicaragua, and Peru.
