Tabal offers a wide variety of cacao beans that can be purchased before roasting or after roasting.
We also offer cacao liquor (100% pure cacao. No extra cacao butter or soy lecithin)
The cacao liquor is made at Tabal with Dominican Republic certified organic cacao beans. The cacao liquor is ceremonial grade!
The cacao liquor comes in large slabs of untempered cacao. We can provide a wide variety of origins and volumes to meet your needs.

Do you make the chocolate by hand?
Yes. Once the beans arrive at Tabal Chocolates we sort, roast, crack and winnow, grid, conch or aerate, temper, pour into molds, then wrap each bar by hand.
Where do you get the cocoa beans?
We get the beans through our communities in the Dominican Republic, Costa Rica, Columbia, Nicaragua, and Peru.
